The IKDS Foundation is a youth, non-governmental organization that aims to drive the development of society, attracting young people towards active citizenship and promoting local and national cultural values. The purpose of the Foundation is to increase civic awareness and promote entrepreneurial attitudes by promoting the basic principles of life in a democratic society in a market economy. The foundation's aim is also to promote tolerance towards excluded people, provide help to these people, as well as focus on counteracting discrimination and marginalization. The Foundation also supports educational, promotional, scientific and cultural activities in the field of civic and social attitudes and activities.

The Institute of Creative Social Action organizes and supports events, workshops, campaigns, exhibitions, training and youth exchanges. As an informal youth group, we participated in international events. IKDS members have experience in conducting psychological workshops for young people in the field of developing competences needed on the labor market, they activate young people with fewer opportunities to actively participate in artistic workshops, thanks to which they have the opportunity to deal with difficult emotions and traumas, thus overcoming passivity and apathy in taking initiatives in life.

The following methods and approaches are considered effective in our work: the use of training, experimental education, facilitation and learning by doing, but also learning methods focused on the search for meaning and further development of students' social and psychological competences. All this, in turn, leads to additional strengthening of professional competences. Typical of the current employment landscape is that institutionalized education is not sufficient for a career in the life cycle, and flexibility and the ability to complement and modify it become crucial for work and professional applications that make professional abilities and skills able to meet dynamic demands. changing work space.
